Instructions to EMS2010 members
To view the details of your registration and interest in attending the meeting log on (user name and password required) and click on Front End & EMS2010 Individual Member Profile (Home Page) and the additional information tab to access the registration status as a delegate/exhibitor and level of participation as a delegate/speaker/poster presenter/exhibitor. Although it is possible to change the input you are advised not to do so as the details will be regularly updated by the administrator who is a co-organiser of the meeting. An EMS2010 Member List (Home Page) has also been set up for members/users interested in attending the EMS2010 meeting. The full suite of information can be viewed by accessing the EMS2010 forum page
Instructions and Information for Presenters and Exhibitors
Oral abstracts: 1 x A4, font 12, single spaced headed by Title, Authors' Names and Affiliations, presenter* capacity < 250 kb ; no diagrams or tables unless absolutely necessary.
Oral presentations 1. MSppt for meeting presentation 2. For documents page on website: MSppt or pdf, capacity < 5 Mb.
Posters: up to 1.5 m x 1m for display on poster boards, unless otherwise advised by authors.
The scientific programme is now complete, however, poster presentations will be accepted if submitted by March 17, 2010.
